My Story
Hi my name is Pippa and I'm 12 years old. I'm abseiling almost 70ft off the roof of The Great North Children's Hospital to raise funds for Chuf and Newcastle Hospitals Charity! I love fundraising and I push my confidence to challenge myself. My little cousin's life was saved at The Great North Children’s Hospital when she had a brain tumour so I'm doing it for her. We have lots of friends who also rely on this hospital and I hear about all the brill things the money will be spent on as my mam works for the charity. Please support me with any small donation. About Chuf and GNCH Fund:
Chuf provides life-changing support to children and families undergoing vital cardiac care at the Freeman Hospitals Childrens Heart Unit.
The GNCH Fund supports the children, young people and their families who come to The Great North Childrens Hospital for treatment and care, making their experience the best it possibly can be.
Both charities raise vital funds to support patients, their families and staff by funding a range of initiatives - from innovative equipment and life-changing research to support services for staff and projects to improve the patient experience and environment.
